NAEWCA held a conference at Arkansas State University Mountain Home. In attendance was Governor Asa Hutchinson, ArDot Director Scott Bennett, the ArDot Highway Commissioners, and approximately 200 interested parties and supporters.
Public hearings were held concerning U.S. Highway 412 in Ash Flat, Yellville, and Huntsville.
